How we make money
A delivery platform earns in exactly one way, and it is worth saying plainly rather than leaving it to be guessed.
No commission on your orders
The price you see is the price the restaurant set. We don't add a percentage on top and we don't keep one out of what you pay: the order amount goes to the venue you ordered from.
Restaurants pay a flat monthly fee
Restaurants pay us 49,90 € a month plus VAT to use the platform. That is how we get paid: we earn nothing else on their orders.
Stripe charges the card fees to the restaurant
When you pay by card, the payment goes straight to the restaurant's Stripe account without passing through us. Stripe charges the restaurant its processing fee: typically 1.5% + 0,25 € with standard European cards, more with other cards and methods. We never touch that money and earn nothing from it.
Stripe's pricingWhy we built it this way
A percentage grows with the venue's own work: the more it sells, the more it pays, and the figure can't be planned for. A flat fee is the same in January as in August, and a restaurateur can put it in a budget.
What we don't do
No tracking and no profiling: we use only technically necessary cookies and local storage. Your data is there to get your order to you, not to build a profile.
