1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Dachs Delivery platform operated by DachsDelivery Group GbR ("Dachs Delivery").
2. Role of the platform
Dachs Delivery is a marketplace connecting customers and restaurants. The purchase contract for the products is concluded solely between the customer and the selected restaurant; Dachs Delivery is not the seller of the products.
3. Orders and prices
Prices shown include the applicable VAT. The order becomes binding upon confirmation. Any delivery fee and minimum order are shown before confirmation.
4. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Without electronic payment, cash on delivery is available where offered.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and areas are indicative and depend on the restaurant. The restaurant (or its rider) is responsible for preparation and delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
For perishable foodstuffs and catering services the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to § 312g(2) BGB. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
7. Liability
Dachs Delivery is liable under statutory provisions. The restaurant is responsible for product quality and delivery.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, Mannheim.
