Restaurant conditions
What a restaurant pays on Dachs Delivery and how the payments for its orders work. Version 2026‑10‑08.
Full text of the contract (version 2026‑10‑08)Subscription
49,90 € a month plus 19% VAT (59,38 € a month in total) to use the platform, invoiced through Stripe. It is the only amount you pay us.
Term and cancellation
The contract runs for 24 months from the first payment, which is due on activation, and then renews automatically for 24 months at a time. Either side can cancel with 6 months' notice to the end of a contract month, meaning the monthly period that starts on the day of activation. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the first 24 months at the earliest; from the first renewal on it can be given at any time. You cancel from the Subscription page of the dashboard or by email, and we confirm the end date by email.
Closing the venue
If you close the venue for good you can end the contract early by showing that the business has ceased (for example with the Gewerbeabmeldung): the contract ends at the end of the following month and the remaining monthly fees are not due. This does not apply if the business carries on in the same venue. Holidays and temporary closures do not end the contract.
Commission on orders
None: we keep no percentage and no fixed amount of orders or vouchers.
Order payments
Card payments for orders and vouchers are collected directly on the restaurant's own Stripe account, in its name. Dachs Delivery does not receive, hold or transfer this money, and debits nothing from the restaurant's Stripe balance. Cash payments stay between the customer and the restaurant.
Stripe fees
Stripe charges its processing fees directly to the restaurant, under its own pricing and the agreement between the restaurant and Stripe: 1.5% + 0,25 € per payment with standard European cards; premium and non-EU cards and other methods cost more. Dachs Delivery adds no markup and receives no part of these fees.
Stripe's pricingRefunds
Refunds to customers are made from the restaurant's Stripe account and reduce its balance. Stripe doesn't return its processing fee on a refunded payment.
Disputes
If a customer disputes a payment with their bank, the dispute concerns the restaurant's Stripe account: Stripe debits the disputed amount and its dispute fee there, and the restaurant responds from its own Stripe account. If the dispute is won, Stripe returns the amount; the fee follows Stripe's terms. Dachs Delivery debits and recovers nothing.
The Stripe account
The Stripe account belongs to the restaurant, which connects it from the dashboard; payouts to the bank account and their timing are handled by Stripe. Dachs Delivery charges nothing for the account and recovers no Stripe costs.
Suspension
If the subscription isn't paid, the restaurant stops receiving orders until it is settled.
Changes
If we change these conditions, we will ask for them to be accepted again in the dashboard.
